Week 9 Recipes

We have some of my favorites this week! You may want to double up the recipe for the first day’s breakfast pizza. It makes awesome leftovers for any meal! As always, add sautéed veggies to complete any meal and enjoy!

Ingredients Needed:

3-4 large chicken breasts
 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
butter/grass fed ghee/bacon fat etc.
2 pounds of ground pork
Slices of prosciutto
1-2 pounds grassfed flank steak
5 large eggs
1 ½ onion
1 tomato
9 cloves fresh garlic
8 medium sized asparagus spears
8 oz sliced mushrooms
fresh basil leaves
fresh ginger root 
1 orange 
1 lemon
3 limes 
Homemade or bought pesto (just blend basil, garlic, parsley, olive oil and pine nuts until smooth)
2/3 cup tomato sauce
paprika
salt
ground pepper
tapioca flour
olive oil
macadamia nut oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
coconut aminoes
Dijon mustard
