Week 8 Recipes

These warm and cozy meals will keep you healthy and full this week! Add sautéed vegetables to complement these meals and save leftovers as side dishes to your eggs. I like to put all sorts of things in my omelets and plan to be making some paleo lasagna omelets in the next few days. Yum!

Ingredients Needed:

2 lb Ground Beef
1 lb Ground Pork
2 Egg Yolks2 lbs Wild Salmon
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
8 slices of thick pepper bacon
1½ pounds Mild Italian Sausage
2 Eggs
7 Ounce Mixed Salad Greens
1 Medium Cucumber
3 Green Onions 
1 Sweet Onion
3 white onions
8 garlic cloves
1 lb Mushrooms
4 medium carrots
1 head green cabbage
1 eggplant
1 bunch of fresh spinach
2 Poblano peppers
2 Zucchini
1 Avocado
1 cup Pecans
2 Pears
1 28-ounce can diced tomatoes (unsalted)
1 Can of Organic Tomato paste
1 14 oz Can of Full-Fat Coconut Milk
2 cups of Beef Broth
6 cups chicken stock or broth
Butter (or Ghee)
Olive oil
Coconut oil
3 Tablespoons of Tapioca Flour
2 t dried thyme
1 t garlic powder
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Basil
1 Tablespoon of Parsley
¼ teaspoon of Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of Nutmeg
⅛ teaspoon of Ground Cloves
Crushed red pepper flakes for serving (optional)
