Ingredients Needed:

2 pounds ground meat (beef, pork, chicken, turkey, bison)
1 pound ground chicken
1 pound ground pastured pork
5 eggs
1.5 lbs. ground chicken
3 ounces cooked sausage, chopped or crumbled
8 oz. mascarpone cheese
shredded parmesan
red pepper
3 onions
1 clove garlic
2 cups (packed) baby spinach
1 8 oz. bag frozen spinach
1 head of cauliflower
small handful fresh basil leaves
½ cup fresh cilantro
4-5 medium to large yellow squash
½ cup butternut squash
1/2 head cabbage
2 cups shredded carrots
1 large ripe avocado
1 minced Poblano or Jalapeño pepper
1 shallot
1 tsp unrefined sea salt
pepper
½ tsp herbamare seasoning (just add more salt if you don’t have this)
1 tsp cumin powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground ginger
2/3 cup coconut aminos
2-3 tablespoons tapioca starch
