Week 6 Recipes

We have some of my favorites planned for this week! Add on sautéed vegetables when desired to even them out. For breakfast we will be making different variations of eggs (I’m feeling omelets) and lunches will consist of left overs from the night before.  Enjoy!

Ingredients Needed:
1¼ pound salmon (preferably wild caught)*
2-3 pounds chicken thighs (or legs)
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 lbs of grass-fed ground beef or ground turkey
2 egg yolks
1 yellow onion
1.5 cups butternut squash
4 pre-baked sweet potatoes or yams
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/4 cup of celery
1 pound white mushrooms
5 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tbs of chili powder
1 tsp of cumin
salt
black pepper
Italian seasoning
red pepper flakes
chopped parsley
smooth Dijon mustard
raw honey
olive oil
fresh rosemary
fresh basil
1 28-ounce can San Marzano whole tomatoes (or other tomatoes of your choice)
14 oz can of diced tomatoes, with liquid
6 oz can of tomato paste
extra virgin olive oil
2 tbs of coconut sugar
butter
½ cup raw cashews
1 whole roasted red pepper from the jar
