Week 10 Recipes

It is week 10! Our LAST week! How did it go? What should we do after this week? Well, we now have 10 weeks of shopping lists and 50 recipes of healthy food to go to next time we feel stuck. What am I going to do? I’m going to do these 10 weeks again! This week is fun, flavorful, and healthy. The baked chicken with spinach and artichokes is amazing as left overs in omelets! The salmon BLT will blow your mind and of course who can resist meatloaf muffins?! I have really enjoyed these last 10 weeks with you and I am going to continue this healthy lifestyle with my family for the next 42! Who is with me?

2 12 oz packages bacon
1 ½ pounds ground beef
3 pounds bone-in chicken pieces
4 to 6 chicken pieces (thighs, chicken breast, legs)
1.5 oz salmon
8 large eggs
5 sweet potatoes 
2 zucchini
3 yellow onions
1 red onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
½ cup mushrooms
½ one avocado
1 tomato
1 can (14-ounces) quartered artichokes
1 large carrot
4 garlic cloves
1 bag (6 to 8 ounces) baby spinach
1-2 large pieces of kale
carrot juice
