Week 1 Recipes

These are the dinners we will be making this week! For breakfast we mainly stick with different variations of eggs and lunches will consist of left overs from the night before. The first recipe is actually considered a “breakfast meatloaf” so we will be having it for dinner the first night and as a side to our eggs the next few mornings. There are only 5 recipes listed since we are busy on the go parents of 3 kids which means…cooking doesn’t happen every night. Two nights of the week are left free for easy dinners, left overs, or take out. Just keep it healthy, don’t ruin your hard work! We feel the best when we keep all of our food stripped down and I think you will too!
Week 1 Recipes:
Slow Cooker Breakfast Meatloaf
Creamy Cauliflower shrimp chowder
4 eggs
2 lb ground pork
6 pork chops
1 to 1 1/2 lbs of grass fed ground beef
3 or 4 chicken breasts
1½ pound bacon
1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
2 avocados
1 head of cauliflower
2 large carrots
4 stalks of celery
4 or 5 small tomatoes
3 yellow onion
1 red onion
2 red pepper
1 green pepper
6 garlic cloves
garlic powder
onion powder
chili powder
crushed red pepper flakes
ground pepper
sea salt
chicken broth
almond flour
bay leaves
dry or fresh rosemary
