10 Weeks of Awesome Food

We are going to try something new and fun (at least my husband thinks so, it was his idea)! I’m all about food being the foundation for good health so I am going to share 5 of our dinner selections for the week every Sunday and a grocery list to match.  Two of the 7 days will be free nights to switch it up with healthy take out or left overs for those on the run like us. I will also post what recipe we are having each night. Feel free to shop and eat right along with us or share what you are having!
