We are going to try something new and fun (at least my husband thinks so, it was his idea)! I’m all about food being the foundation for good health so I am going to share 5 of our dinner selections for the week every Sunday and a grocery list to match. Two of the 7 days will be free nights to switch it up with healthy take out or left overs for those on the run like us. I will also post what recipe we are having each night.
